Founded in Atlanta, GA, Longitude MMS is the brainchild of Randal Alexander—a seasoned software developer and Tech recruiter with over a decade of hands-on experience in both arenas. Randal’s unique career journey—writing code and recruiting top-level techs—uncovered a major pain point: the tools available to manage field teams were either generic, outdated, or not built with the realities of NDT work in mind.

So he built one that was.

Rather than wait for the perfect system to appear, he built it—drawing from his full-stack development expertise and firsthand recruiting experience to launch Longitude MMS.
